Book of Jude

Jude, the brother of James, the brother of Jesus,
Wrote a letter to some Christians that he knew.
He wanted to talk to them of their common salvation
But false teachers were telling them things that were not true.

These teachers among them had crept in unnoticed.
They were saying God’s grace means we can live in sin.
He told of the sins of Sodom, Cain, Balaam and Korah.
Causing division, these teachers had gone the way of them.

Jude wrote the letter to remind them
To remember the words apostles spoke beforehand
Of the faith that once for all time delivered.
He asked for them to earnestly contend.
