Book of Philippians

Paul wrote a letter for the Philippians to hear.
He was in prison in Rome, and it is very clear.
Even tho’ he was in chains,
The simple fact still remains,
That some Christians preached the gospel without fear.

So “Rejoice in the Lord,” said the apostle Paul.
With Jesus strengthening me, yes, I can do all.
Paul encouraged all of us
To have the attitude of Jesus
Who left heaven, humbled Himself and died for all.
