Mary & Martha

Mary was sitting at His feet,
Listening to Jesus teach,
While Martha was making food to eat
and serving all of them.

She said, "Lord, don't you even care?"
that Mary's sitting over there?
She's left me all alone to serve.
Please tell her to help me.

He said, "Martha, you are worried
and troubled about many things.
There's only one thing needed,
and Mary's chosen it.

We should never get so busy
that we don't have time for Jesus
and we don't take time to study His word.
